Ibiza: Seafood Feasts on Playa den Bossa
Partying isn’t really my thing, but eating is. And that’s all I did all day and night in Ibiza, in between lovely long siestas and too much to drink.
Tostada, could never get enough of this with generous sides of Spanish Jamon. Simple pleasures, great company. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Now, this is what I call a real paella!
Another spread of the day’s fresh catch, John dory, turbot, snapper with roasted vegetables and potatoes. No seafood I’ve had in my life could compare with the Mediterranean seafood bench mark. Fresh, simple and really unbeatable.
We stayed at Delano right by Bora Bora beach and all this amazing food can be found at the restaurant/bar by Playa d’en bossa.
