Shop: Paper Skull Installation @ C Space Macau
Triple Major is one of our favourite trendy hipster ‘multibrand’ boutique in Shanghai and it was my awesome ex flatmate Samantha Culp who introduced her friend Ritchie Chan’s store to me. Turns out C-Space here is their Macau arm of the business, stores like these are rare and far between in sleep casino town, so it’s one of those golden nuggets I found this year! The up and coming underground scene.
C-Space is a singular standalone three storey building on a little island space on the junction of the busy Macau main street intersections of Praia Grande and diagonally opposite New Yaohan. You’re unlikely to miss it. There’s an art installation collaboration series going on this month until Sep 8, which sees participating stores with installations.
This fabulous paper skull was the main feature in the store’s second floor, by Hong Kong designers Stickyline. For those interested, there’s also a paper skull making workshop on Sep 7 at Single Origin (320MOP) per person.
And also ZO-EE a jewellery designer will be conducting a jewellery making workshop on Aug 31 (540MOP), more details here
Plenty of super cool souvenirs here from magnets to purposes, stationary and plenty of accessories by local designers, one of my favourites with her signature style is UUendy Lau who makes animal purses and accessories. (my favourite the Lamma).
There are also racks and racks of clothes, all quite edgy and eclectic, not to everyone’s taste.

Hi Corbin,
I haven’t met the Hong Kong designers myself but I had reached out to them to commission a piece and never heard back. Your best bet would be dropping them a line on their FB page https://www.facebook.com/Stickyline
