Those reading this before October 22, there’s a really interesting ceramic workshop going on here in Macao at Albergue SCM…40 hours of learning how to do ceramics for just $500MOP that’s a steal! Albergue SCM is organising this workshop is for those who are interested in learning basic ceramic art skills (silk screen techniques for ceramics and slumped glass).
Workshop: Ceramic Workshop by Kristina Mar
Instructor: Kristina Mar (A Portuguese ceramist who lives in Japan)
Date and Time: 28th October, 2014 (Tuesday) – 10th November, 2014 (Monday)
Monday to Friday (19:00 – 22:00) (Total 30 hours)
Saturday (10:00 – 15:00) (Total 10 hours)
Language: English
Admission: MOP $500.00
Venue: Rua dos pescadores, Ed. Industrial Ocean, II Fase, 5-Andar Macau
Application deadline is 22nd October, 2014. Students of Macau Polytechnic Institute who major in Ceramic Art will be in the top priority. Please provide Chinese and English name, phone number, email and occupation for registration. Tuition fee should be paid to Albergue SCM along with application form before deadline.

Hi Juliana, Hope you’r fine and wish you a Happy New Year. I just bumped into this post, i’m Kristina Mar, and although is finish the Macau work shop, i want to thank you for spreading the word, and thanks for your kind and acurated comments.
Next autumn if not before, other workshop will take place, hope we can have a nice talk in Macau, or somewhere else if we can make a chance to meet.

Hi Kristina! It was a pleasure and I really wanted to take the course but I was travelling and not in Macau, look forward to your next workshop! I have checked out your blog before working on the post to know more and love it! I’m glad you’re happy with the post and an accurate portrayal of your work. That is super important! Look forward to meeting you and hopefully I get to participate in your workshop! :) I’m sure you’re having a lovely and busy start to 2015!
