Eating out: Entre Nous Creperie Singapore

We tried to find some good crepes in Singapore and hadn’t had much luck before taking a recommendation from a friend for Entre Nous Creperie on Seah Street. It has since become our local spot for crepes.

The restaurant is always really busy at lunch hour, so head over after 2pm to avoid the crowd. They do second seatings for people who come in for the sweet crepes for dessert.

The dough’s texture is perfect and crisp. Fillings include over 10 variety of classic galettes. I’d recommend the complète that includes: cheese, ham, mushrooms and egg.

There is also soup and escargots on the menu, along with French artisanal apple juice and cider (which they served in beer mugs instead of bowls). Service is friendly and homely.

I assume it’s run by the lovely French couple, the lady runs the front of house, while the husband runs the kitchen, which reminds me of the typical creperie set up in small towns in France.

It’s about 2-3 times the price of dining in a traditional creperie in France, but I have to remind myself that dining out in Singapore is expensive.

Dining for two including drinks would set you back about 40SGD. All galettes come with a side of salad.
