Travel: Four Seasons Hotel Cap’ Ferret La Veranda

unnamedWhen I was still working at the corporate office for Four Seasons, this was the newly acquired property in the French Riveria that everyone was really excited about. IMG_9797

I am grateful I got to visit and have lunch at La Veranda. We made a day trip down from Monaco, a 20minutes drive down the coast to get to Cap’Ferret.

While not the best season to be here – naturally Summer is the peak period to visit, there’s a nice calm and serenity to this beautifully regal property.

I’m still thinking about my scallops spelt risotto – simple, rustic and so full of flavour. I highly recommend stopping over for lunch, even if you don’t stay in-house. It’s a nice little roadtrip segway.
