I always wished I could sew as well as my late grandmother who made us new pyjamas for every Chinese new year and made all these patch work quilts with left over fabric. The only thing I’ve ever sewn was a tote bag and an asymmetrical pair of shorts that was uncomfortable to wear… but that was more than 10 years ago since I operated a sewing machine.
I was staring at this for ages, but I still can’t figure out the mechanics of this! A little hypnotic almost.
