Oliver’s efforts in food education is admirable. The world needs more people like him.

TED prize winner Jamie Oliver (Yum!) on his food revolution.

And the universal fact: Italians know their food better than anyone else…disregarding the McItaly that was launched recently.

    Hi Juliana,
    I like Jamie Oliver, although I found the presentation a bit harsh for non-Americans. I also saw the entire movie on his Italian escape. And I found out we still have some work to do even in Italy, cause we don´t experiment enough. But yes, at least we can name vegetables :-)
