Pasta and Sauces
I am convinced that I should buy a pasta making machine although I rarely cook these days, but nothing taste better than freshly made pasta and it’s so much fun too.
chow.com had a brilliant feature “When Pasta Met Sauce” on different types of pastas and the sauces that best match it.
The best memory I had of pasta was having orecchiette with pesto in Puglia in a little truili house in Alberobello in the summer of 2006, when I was backpacking in the south on my own. And I think of that awesome vacation often because right here in China, the exact same noodle exists and they are called cat’s ears 猫耳朵, often served in a tomato based sauce.

Hey! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for
this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had
problems with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
