I think it’s a brilliant concept and I’d be there in a heartbeat if I lived in Europe.

Separately, there is a guerrilla public pie affair going on at the salone, a dutch mobile restaurant concept, which as the name suggests, really is about making pie and selling them in the outdoors. Brilliant.
