My blog has been in terrible neglect. I’m still alive, albeit crazy busy. My parents came to visit, I had an Italian exam and now I’m working on next week’s launch of the collection of short films I commissioned three young Chinese film makers to have fun with.

Anyhow, I digress. I love pancakes even though my mother didn’t make them often when I was growing up.
This is an amazing portfolio of pancakes by Jim, who makes his daughter’s meal time oh so fun!
