Fried eggs with tomato rice, one of my favourites and bonus points for fried chicken sticks with fake diluted Chinese mayo drizzled over (minus points for slow food and health). I negotiated with the canteen lady because the rule is if you order the red plate, you are not allowed a meat dish.

Overall satisfaction: 5/10

Mother’s recipe for fried eggs and tomato. Depending on the tomatoes you use, the big juicy ones will make the dish very watery.

Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
5 eggs
2-3 large tomatoes
oil
sea salt
sugar

Because we’ve always been a habit of cooking to taste, I don’t have the exact measurements of some ingredients. It’s really scrambled eggs with tomatoes, add salt, sugar to taste and it’s ready to serve!
