So, Camelia at MO Paris was bright, airy and beautifully fitted. The food was also perfectly executed. The amazing advertising campaign oversold the place in terms of scale and magnificence, but the food speaks for itself. We had the calamari risotto made with orzo and a perfectly cooked John Dory, as I was rushing to get home and get to the airport, this was a brief yet very enjoyable meal.
Curious to know how the fine dining Sur Mesure by Thierry Marx is like. Always a next time for Paris, next summer!
Service was, let’s say Parisian. I never have expectations when dining out, all that snootiness in nice and local places alike can never compare to the Asian hospitality culture in my opinion.
