Last year, we made our friend a couple of hours from Amsterdam to Anvers in Belgium, on the insistence of my husband to have dinner at his friend chef Frédéric Chabert’s restaurant Dome. Fred was formerly at Petrus in Hong Kong and returned to Europe to open his own restaurant.
Dome is a beautiful intimate restaurant serving classical French food and it was awarded one Michelin star in the 2018.
All in all, a memorable and wonderful dinner withour friends
