Jaan Singapore is a modern British European restaurant with sweeping views of the Singapore’s beautiful cityscape. Jaan by Kirk Westaway is a 2* Michelin fine dining restaurant located on the 70th floor of Swisshotel. Inspired by seasonal produce and the best ingredients, Westaway takes a contemporary approach to British cuisine.
We started our dinner with this beetroot meringue, smoked eel, Devonshire cheddar cheese and buckwheat pancake, fish and chips, artichoke roll.
We finally got to check out one of the best of British cooking in Singapore at Jaan restaurant.
The menu at Jaan by Kirk Westaway, a one Michelin-starred restaurant and #32 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, was interesting and extensive. In addition, the tables by the window offer breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline.
