Industrial designer Nick Bampton created this ingenious book of spices for Muji.
Although it’s such a brilliant idea from a design point of view, I find it quite a put off cooking with a sheet of spiced paper, it might also lack the granula texture of ground pepper or chillies.
This reminds me of those minty paper breath fresheners that dissolve in the mouth.
