I’ve always been a fan of Jamie Oliver, even though I will never make a dish like he does, and they’ll never look a fraction as good.
I love the new graphic design concept he’s done in Brighton, it’s absolutely brilliant and a fantastic way to brand the new venture. A chef with sharp business acumen, without turning too cheesy commerical.
This idea of a step-by-step approach to cooking makes it less daunting for kitchen disasters like myself, breaking down the plot of cooking stories as you assemble the parts bit by bit.

I can’t wait for blogspot and wordpress amongst a ton of other websites to be unblocked so I can have access to the world of wonderful food blogs again. Nevermind stupid facebook (haven’t seen my account in 6 months or so), I am suffering from food blogs withdrawal.
