While one of my Thai ice cream designer friend makes sushi ice cream, this amazing mother of one bakes beautiful sushi cupcakes amongst other things. It’s a little difficult for my head to get round a sweet snack looking like sushi, abit of a gastro-mind teaser but they are so gorgeous, you can’t help but admire them.
I love the photos on her blog and wish I took better ones myself!
