I love the intimacy of this style of dining, modelled after Japanese-style establishments, only that it ironically allows all the passers-by to look straight in.
The bouroullec brothers better known for their disintegrated kitchen for Cappellini that challenged the conventions of the cooking space, with increased mobility and flexibility.
