Cha Gordo “fat tea” is one of my favourite events to go to- the Macanese high tea feast where all the homecooks and Macanese chefs gather, serving up a decadent buffet of tasty, rich Macanese dishes.
The annual affair takes place to celebrate the culinary and cultural significance of the world’s first creole cuisine.
