I am trying to get the hang of this baking thing, but also because I am working on my Skillshare class and applying Pinch of Yum’s Tasty Food Photography tips, I highly recommend it, it’s worth the investment.
Still getting the hang of my new DSLR and finally getting down to learning how to use the manual functions of a camera.
Prep time 20 mins.
Ingredients for blueberry chocolate chip muffins:
300g of gluten free all purpose flour
75g sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon of baking powder
120ml melted butter
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
100g of chocolate chips
Directions:
Pre heat oven at 190ºC
Mix all the ingredients in and mash some blueberries while doing so to get the bits of blue colour in.
Pour into the molds
Bake for 30 minutes
et Violà.
This batch made 16 cupcakes. I have to say that the gluten free flour didn’t make a difference to the texture and it turned out great!
