This post is way overdue and I’ve been going through the backlog of photos. We visited the new Terminal 1 by the Pourcel twin chef brothers in Montpellier the autumn of 2016. Since the closure of their Michelin restaurant of Jardin des Sens, with plans to open another fine dining restaurant.
Terminal 1 is the interim project doing hearty portions of brasserie fare in Montpellier.
