We were pleasantly surprised by the food here at the Chinese restaurant of Hong Kong Country Club – great Peking duck and BBQ roasts along with dimsum dishes.
Our friends invited us over for weekend brunch at the Hong Kong club. Country clubs used to be a middle class thing in Singapore while we were growing up, and feels the same in Hong Kong with its membership privileges.
It’s nice out there in Aberdeen, the restaurant looks out to the sea and hills and lots of kids are out playing on the field.
In any case, the food out here is really good, but unfortunately has a members only policy. The husband says the wine cellar has a wonderful collection at very reasonable prices.
