We’ve been here several times now and love the neighbourhood. We’ve dined at the brasserie a few times as well as the 2 Michelin starred Thoumieux restaurant upstairs. It’s where they serve breakfast every morning too.
As for the food, it’s definitely on our go to. Brasserie for simple quick fare and the Michelin restaurant a great dinner date spot. (It used to be run by chef Jean Francois Piège before chef Sylvetre took over.)
I love everything about the design centric hotel, right down to the tastefully chosen designs for the uniformed waitstaff.
It’s taken me a while to get down to writing this. We stayed here on our recent trip back to France.
