When I was still working at the corporate office for Four Seasons, this was the newly acquired property in the French Riveria that everyone was really excited about. It was so nice to visit and see the property in person.
I am grateful I got to visit and have lunch at La Veranda. We made a day trip down from Monaco, a 20minutes drive down the coast to get to Cap’Ferret.
While not the best season to be here – naturally Summer is the peak period to visit, there’s a nice calm and serenity to this beautifully regal property.
I’m still thinking about my scallops spelt risotto – simple, rustic and so full of flavour. I highly recommend stopping over for lunch, even if you don’t stay in-house. It’s a nice little roadtrip segway.
