Recipe: Rustic Pear Tart
Last Summer, my friend C (cook and baker extraordinaire) came to visit and brought me pears from her in law’s garden in Belgium. Inspired by how she makes baking look so effortless, I decided to make good use of those delicious pears and bake a tart.
I bought the pastry dough though and found this rustic pear tart recipe from the comfort of cooking super easy to follow and it was delicious. I reduced the sugar input as I usually do, just 2 tablespoons of low glycemic coconut sugar instead of the 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon of sugar.
