TK Magazine (Tasting Kitchen) commissioned me for a piece interviewing 3 chefs in Hong Kong and the produce they use in their kitchens. A collaboration with the British Agricultural and Horticulture Department and a piece to explore the heritage and provenance of British produce, namely meat and diary.
