I first saw Alicja Kwade’s works in Copenhagen “Out of Ousia“ which challenged my whole perception of space and time. Her exhibition “Pretopia” at Hong Kong’s Tai Kwun this year uses the original bricks and stones from the heritage building and its historical and cultural significance post colonial rule.
