Chef Guillaume Comparat has taken over the reins at Domus for a few months now and revived the lounge menu, giving it a Mediterranean kick. Having spent 12 years of his career in the South of France, the Lyon native has ensured top quality choices for the antipasti platter where you order the cheese and cold cuts by weight.

Here you’re spoilt for choice given their solid selection that range from San Daniele ham RMB59/100g to fantastic imported cheeses like the taleggio DOP RMB90/100g to pecorino romano RMB78/100g

Chef explains his reason for sour dough pizza because the yeast available here doesn’t cut it for perfect crust. He adds honey to the sour dough which are perfectly thin crust, and dressed with luxurious ingredients like truffles and selected cheeses from pecorino to goat cheese.

Dessert came in the form of a tiramisu served in a jar, which although was a nice touch, I wasn’t quite sure if it fitted with the classy concept of the restaurant.
