Beijing’s third oldest French restaurant celebrates its 10th anniversary this September and has chartered the course of French dining in the capital over the last decade.
This year, Brasserie Flo’s Parisian headquarters implemented an overhaul on the menu, focusing on healthy, low caloric dishes.
The new menu of ice cream and sorbets warrant a visit in itself. I’d highly recommend the mozzarella tomato salad that comes with a delicious side of parmesan ice cream.
