This man is officially my favourite chef in the world (at the moment).

And I am officially on a diet. If I eat anymore of that wonderful food, I am going to get a heart attack and gout and all the horrible things that my doctor said would happen to me since my last medical in June when I was last back in Singapore.

I had the most amazing “mushroom cake” with chicken liver pate and am off to have dreams about it. And that special recipe of foie gras right out of that two-star Michelin restaurant in Lyon. sigh

The lighting was terrible and my photography skills (rather the lack of), even worse…. so no food photos for this brilliant meal!! C’est dommage!
