This is an old story, but I found it funny. I absolutely love jellyfish, it’s one of my favourite cold dishes on the Chinese dinner table. I just can’t get enough of that crunchy squishy texture served with sesame oil, some vinegar and most definitely MSG.

I’ve never had them deep fried though and am curious to know what they taste like.

    my fav cold dish too! my mom used to tell me they’re rubber bands.

    the deep fried ones look eww.

    eeeek, I think we should stick with the squishy ones as cold dish. I’m not sure about the fried ones… not just how it looks, but the textured layering would interfere with the pure squishiness of the jellyfish!
