Our friends opened Oh La La Patisserie Macau to meet the growing demand for sweet and cafe culture. The shop has raised the bar for patisserie Macau.

The shop was all DIY and very tastefully put together – I get a sense of déja vu, like those beautiful boutique patisserie very similar to this in Paris. Simple, stunning photography style, great visual identity from a marketing standpoint, and the pastries – a huge selection, including interesting flavours lots of fruity floral flavours that cater to the local palate.

Great news for all of us in Macau as more expats living here are bringing to Macau was previously missing – independent establishments with more variety so we don’t always have to go into casino hotels to get our fix of cravings.

I haven’t popped back in for months and it definitely warrants another visit to see what’s new on the menu. There’s also a bakery section to get your daily baked goods! Another option if Elysée is out of the way and another spot to pick up some beautiful pastries before heading to a house party so you don’t arrive empty handed!
