Recipe: Seafood Bucket Thai style
I am convinced that friends who cook and eat together, stay together. Making friends in Macau has always been a challenge for me here, but after four years of endurance I’ve finally found my tiny tribe of friends I can count on one hand.
Check out C’s Kitchen is full of wonderful and easy recipes to recreate. She made an amazing New Orleans inspired seafood spread with Thai chilli paste. The results?? The other best part of this is no dishes to wash as we just wrapped the foil and plaster full of shells for the bin.
I have never been to New Orleans but have read so much about their culinary history and would love to go there someday.
